گرامر درس 2 اگر بخواهیم از بودن چیزی صحبت کنیم (پاسخ به سوال مثبت باشد)، در این صورت قبل از اسم از کلماتsome, many, few, little, a lot of ,much, استفاده می شود.
از no و any زمانی استفاده می شود که بخواهیم از نبودن چیزی صحبت کنیم.
No و Any قبل از یک اسم به تنهایی یا اسم و صفت با هم به کار می روند.(اسم می تواند قابل شمارش- غیر قابل شمارش و مفرد -جمع باشد)
No در جمله مثبت و any در جمله منفی و سوالی به کار می رود.

No, there are not any books on the table.
= No, there are no books on the table.

Does the boy have any money in his pocket? 
No, he does not have any money in his pocket.
= No, he has no money in his pocket. گرامر درس 2
مشتقات no و any هم مانند قانون قبل عمل می کنند. این کلمات عبارتند از:
anyone - no one        
anybody - nobody      ,       anything - nothing
anywhere - nowhere

Did Sara eat anything for her breakfast?
No, she didnt eat anything for her breakfast.
= No, she ate nothing for her breakfast.
گرامر درس 2
اگر در جمله کلمات منفی به غیر از not وجود داشته باشد باز هم جمله منفی است و باید ازany استفاده شود.
